Special Event / Wedding / Holiday / Corporate Event Reservations
Sedans or SUVs: Cancellations must be received within 14 days of the pick-up date. After that window, the reservation cannot be altered or refunded. There is a 20% cancellation fee applied if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the event. Covid Cancellation Policy: If a public event is canceled by the event host or producer due to Covid-19 and we are notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, there will be no penalty and the reservation is
fully refundable.
