I have used Elite Limos a few times in the past and have always enjoyed their service, but this is my first review for them. I had a recent situation where I had to schedule a late-night pick up at the airport on short notice due to flight delays. The customer service from scheduling the reservation to the drop-off at home was phenomenal. I'm happy to be a customer of theirs and I definitely recommend trying their services.

Highly reliable. Always show up when scheduled. They watch flights so if the flight is early or late they’re still there when you arrive. Highly recommend.

The Mercedes Limo van was so clean! The driver was so helpful, he met us as we came in to baggage claim, walked with us to the luggage carousel. Helped us with our bags and gave us cold water for the ride home. I will definitely be using them again!

Our experience with Elite Limousines of Houston has been excellent. Always on time, courteous and very clean limos. We have also used Elite to book limousine service in Chicago and that has been excellent as well. I would highly recommend Elite and their partner Windy City Limo in Chicago.

I contracted 5 days in advance for a Suburban to take 3 couples for a seafood dinner south of Clear Lake on the bay. Our driver arrived slightly early in a clean, well maintained Suburban. Our driver Jhonathan was polite and drove smoothly and efficiently. We had a great evening due in part to the service we received from Elite. I would be happy to use and refer them in the future.

Daniel sent me a text to let me know he arrived prior to my flight landing and was waiting for me. His attire was professional and his conversation delightful. The car was quite spacious, leather seats were comfortable and in top conditional. The car was fresh and clean. He is highly recommended based on my experience

Our drivers Charles & Tham went above and beyond in helping our family of 12 travelers from three different cities, all get to The Port for a cruise out of Galveston. It was a complicated travel schedule and we all were so comfortable and taken such good care of! Using Elite made our trip that much better. Highly recommend!
