Terms & Conditions

(1) Price listed is an ESTIMATE based only on services listed and estimated time frames. Additional wait time, stops, or other services will result in additional charges calculated at the end of the trip. (2) Deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE without written approval by company management. (3) There is a grace period of 15 minutes for most trips. Wait time will be calculated 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time has passed. Wait time is calculated in half-hour increments at premium hourly rates plus normal charges. THIS IS SUBJECT TO CONTINUED VEHICLE AVAILABILITY. (4) Extra Stops: Stops along the predetermined route are $20-$30 based on vehicle type, per stop. Stops that are not along the route will automatically be converted to an hourly trip. (5) Red eye fees apply for all reservations starting between 11:00PM and 5:59AM. (6) Child seats are available by request at time of booking. A $25 fee per car seat will be billed. (7) Bookings or changes made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time may have rush charges applied. (8) Tolls are additional and will be billed at $2.00 each. (9) Illegal activities/items are forbidden in our vehicles and the client will be responsible paying for all costs including, but not limited to: any imposed fines, towing, storage, loss of use fees, attorney fees, and other reasonable charges. (10) The chauffeur has the right to terminate the run without refund at his sole discretion. (11) The listed client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle or its contents, caused by them or any members of their party. (12) All vehicles are NON-SMOKING or EATING – a minimum of $350 for excessive cleanup, damages, or out of service fees may apply. (13) Missing or broken glasses will be billed at $10 each. (14) EWTS is not liable for, including but not limited to: articles left in the vehicle, damage to luggage or other items, mechanical breakdowns prior to or during your reservation period, unforeseen major traffic conditions; perils of navigation, accidents, or other incidents outside of our control. Company will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed upon date and time. In addition, we are not responsible for any missed, cancelled, delayed, changed, missed connections, or diverted flights, whether commercial or private, or natural acts of God or man-made disasters. (15) We cannot promise any particular color, year, make, or model of vehicle and for business reasons we reserve the right to upgrade vehicles (at no additional charge) or use sub-contractors and affiliates at any time. (16) Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond stated seating capacity. (17) Unpaid balances requiring collection services will be assessed an additional $250 collections fee. (18) On-board entertainment system features are complimentary, and EWTS is not liable for disruptions of service to these features. (19) Should any part of this Agreement be rendered or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion of this Agreement should not invalidate the remaining portions thereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.

CANCELATION POLICIES: 

Full Rate applies unless you provide sufficient notice for the following types of reservations:

TRANSFERS:

Sedan/SUV: 3 hours*, Executive Sprinter: 48 hours, Stretch Limousine: 72 hours, Buses & Motor Coaches: 14 days.

* Trips scheduled between 2AM and 8AM must be canceled by phone call to 281-955-5450 before 8PM the night before or full rate applies.

HOURLY / CHARTER:

Sedan/SUV: 24 hours, Executive Sprinter: 72 hours, Stretch Limousine: 72 hours, Buses & Motor Coaches: 14 days

City To City:

Sedan/SUV: 24 hours, Executive Sprinter: 72 hours, Stretch Limousine: 72 hours, Buses & Motor Coaches: 14 days

Seasons, Sport & Concert Events: 

Sedan/SUV: 7 days, Executive Sprinter: 7 days, Stretch Limousine: 7 days, Buses & Motor Coaches: 21 days

Special Events / Weddings / Corporate Event Reservations:

For ALL vehicle types: cancellations must be received within 14 days of the pickup date. After that window, reservation cannot be altered or refunded. There is a 30% cancellation fee applied if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the event.

Any cancellation policy stated verbally at the time of the booking supersedes those listed here.

RATES and CANCELLATION POLICIES are subject to change on ALL OUT OF TOWN reservations.
